This weekend was the Valley Covenant Church Camping Trip. It was lots of fun. We all stayed at Black Canyon Campground. On Saturday, a group of us drove most of the way up Mt. June and then hiked the last 1.1 miles to the summit. The second half mile was at a steep grade all the way, but the views were spectacular and made it worth while. It was very clear and we could see many major mountains, including the three Sisters, Mt. Batchelor, Three-Fingered Jack, Mt. Jefferson, Mt. Washington, and Diamond Mountain.
Here are a couple of photos.
