To all you girls out there not genetically predisposed to having the type of derrieres described in the famous Sir Mix-A-Lot tune and who wish for a little more “lift”, here’s a tip:
Start running. If you butt needs a boost, it’s a good way to go. Running or, better yet, running uphill seems to grow the gluteus maximus in a positive way. As an added benefit, it boosts your mood. Tragically, cardio can melt away some of feminine fat we wish to keep (i.e. breasts), but when it comes to the fanny, the toning results make up for and even improve upon the fat loss.
