For a while now I have been dreaming and talking about getting a Nikon DSLR. Circumstances don’t yet permit the funds to get my own. However, thanks to the University of Oregon CMET program, I have a Nikon D3200 out on loan for the whole weekend.
This afternoon was my first time using a DSLR for more than just a few minutes. I used the baby modes like “Auto” and “Close-Up” and managed just the zoom lens and focus points. I walked along the river path, hunting for things to photograph.
After downloading the images to my computer, I am pleasantly surprised by how well some of them turned out. In my excitement, I am sharing a few with you. Click on a picture to see it in all its glory.
